Having previously headed up offices in Maidenhead, Rickmansworth and Amersham, Kraig brings over two decades of experience in the north-west Home Counties to Strutt & Parker. With a track record in opening new offices, defining fresh territories in existing branches, and expanding teams, Kraig is exceptionally well-placed to lead Strutt & Parker’s Gerrards Cross office, which last month saw a 54% increase in applicants looking to buy compared to the same time last year.

Kraig will be working closely with the established residential sales team in Gerrards Cross, who cover both the town and surrounding villages. The Gerrards Cross office has a very well-established presence in the area following the firm’s acquisition of local agents Roberts Newby in 2015. Alongside sales colleagues, Kraig will work with the office’s lettings team, New Homes teams, and the London based National Country House Department.
