Strutt & Parker’s Country House Department expands team with two new appointments

Q2 2022

New associates both started their careers with Strutt & Parker

Today Strutt & Parker is announcing the appointment of two new associates to its National Country House Department, based in Chelsea. Alice Luxmoore-Styles and Annabel Blackett both join this month, working alongside the existing members of the team, and the National Estates and Farms Agency Department.

Alice began her estate agency career at Strutt & Parker in 2018 within the firm’s Sloane Street office. She moves over to the Country Department from her previous role in the Fulham office. Alice will be covering Kent, East Sussex and West Sussex, supporting the regional network of offices in the sale of prime country houses. It is a part of the world she knows well thanks to familial connections, and having spent many of her former years in Kent.

Annabel, a qualified chartered surveyor, began her property career as a graduate at Strutt & Parker in 2014 after interning at the consultancy in the previous year. Prior to her current appointment, Annabel worked within Knight Frank’s National Farms and Estates Sales team.

In her return to Strutt & Parker, Annabel will be supporting prime country house sales across Wiltshire, Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey, markets she has a good track record in from her previous position.

Oliver Custance Baker, head of the National Country House Department at Strutt & Parker said, “We’re committed to growing this team, and to nurture talent in a market that’s undergone big changes in the last couple of years. In doing so we are able to provide over and above the level of service that our clients, both old and new, expect. Alice and Annabel are superb additions and testament to the strength of Strutt & Parker’s commitment to building some of the best young agents this industry has attracted.”
