Strutt & Parker Architecture worked closely with the Strutt & Parker Rural department in Guildford to assist with the development of an un-used and dilapidated Grade II listed outbuilding as part of a wider country estate.

- Provided architectural services for the design of a conversion from an outbuilding to an office including parking provision and wider landscaping.
- Progressed technical design for the purposes of competitive tender and construction.
- Contract Administration and Project Management services throughout construction to completion.
Outcome:
Completion of renovation and conversion in Spring 2020, under budget and with immediate letting.Return on invest for clients at 5%.
