The Site

The site extended to approximately 3.46 acres (1.4 ha), and previously comprised arable land. The
site consisted of two separate parcels of land located either side of High Lane in Stansted
Mountfitchet. Stansted Mountfitchet is located in north-west Essex near the Hertfordshire border, 3
miles to the north of Bishop’s Stortford.
