David Wilson Homes Southern has bought a 13-acre site in Broadbridge Heath, West Sussex for in excess of £20m from Countryside Properties.
The site has planning consent for 197 new homes, with a 20%affordable homes provision, and is part of the strategic site which Countryside is developing at 'Wickhurst Green'.
The scheme is a greenfield urban extension to the south of the village of Broadbridge Heath and west of Horsham comprising 963 housing units, a new primary school, a neighbourhood centre,recreational facilities and formal and informal open spaces.
