Intu has secured new fashion retailers Michael Kors and Northface at their Milton Keynes shopping centre.
Luxury footwear and accessories designer Michael Kors has signed up to take a 2,100 sq ft unit at the 430,000 sq ft shopping centre. Intu Milton Keynes will be home to their 11th UK store outside of London.
Northface will also open a new store at Intu Milton Keynes; the international provider of equipment and clothing for outdoor pursuits will occupy a 2,000 sq ft unit at the centre.
Rob Williams, head of retail agency and development at Strutt & Parker, who advised Intu, said: “Intu Milton Keynes continues to appeal to quality brands and is able to offer them a modern retailing environment with a large demographic of aspirational customers. The arrival of Michael Kors and Northface will enhance the centre’s young fashion offering, adding to the already impressive roster of high-end retailers at the centre.”
Strutt & Parker represented Intu. Siteworks Retail acted on behalf of Northface and Michael Kors represented themselves.
