Cheval Property Management has let a restaurant unit at 1 Wilbraham Place in Chelsea, SW1 to Michael Riemenschneider Dining. The Sloane Street relocation will house the Swiss chef’s expanded Canvas restaurant.

Cheval Property Management has let the 3,000 sq ft restaurant, which is spread over the ground and basement floors, on a 15 year lease at a rent equating to £145,000 per annum.
