Strutt & Parker is opening a striking new office in the heart of Westbourne Grove
Strutt & Parker is delighted to announce that it will be opening a new London office at 303 Westbourne Grove in the heart of Notting Hill on 12 September. The new office will strengthen the West London residential sales and lettings portfolio, which already includes offices in Chelsea, West Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Kensington and Fulham.
The Strutt & Parker Notting Hill office will be showcasing the very best properties for sale and let, ranging from stylish studio flats to spacious family houses and will be supported by an integrated marketing campaign that celebrates the distinctive character of the area.
The Notting Hill area, which includes the world famous Portobello Road, has a diverse range of funky boutiques, art galleries, homeware shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The Underground and bus links provide extremely quick connections to the West End, the City and Canary Wharf. Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Holland Park provide plenty of green spaces which further enhance the area.
The office will be headed up by Miles Meacock, who was part of the original Strutt & Parker Kensington branch when it opened in 1999. He will be ably assisted by an experienced sales team consisting of Alexandra Mathew and Alistair Heather. The lettings team will be run by Albert Bitici with Logan Cordy.
Meacock comments: "We have been transacting business in the area for many years but have been waiting to find the best possible position for the premises. Having found one, we are happy to be able to cement our position as one of the leading agents in West London and open our doors for business on 12 September. We have every intention of delivering a fabulous service to all our clients and look forward to establishing ourselves as a firm favourite in this lively and fast-moving environment."
