As Strutt & Parker continues to fulfil its strategy for growth it has acquired a new larger base for its City office at Aviva’s 20 Gracechurch Street, EC3.

The property consultant will occupy the 14th floor at the prominent City building and has agreed a 10 year lease on the 5,000 sq ft of Grade A space.

The move from Angel Court, EC2 is a key part of Strutt & Parker’s plans to grow its City team and expand the commercial services offered in London’s financial and business centre.

Peter Hunt, head of Strutt & Parker’s commercial business and City office said: “Locating to 20 Gracechurch Street forms a key part of Strutt & Parker’s expansion plans. It is an excellent building, one we know very well, and we are all looking forward to the move in June.”

In addition to the City team, the move will also incorporate Strutt & Parker’s expanding resources and energy team which was established in 2012 in response to the firm’s clients seeking to improve their financial returns through energy efficiency and energy generation and channel City investment into energy infrastructure projects.
