London

From our offices throughout prime Central London, we let properties from simple studio apartments to very large houses at £40,000 per week.

Your dedicated lettings agent will start by visiting your property (accompanied by one of our personal property managers if you are also considering having your property professionally managed) and will then prepare a marketing proposal. This will contain our pricing and marketing recommendations and general advice on preparing the property to its best effect.

Once appointed, we will arrange viewings with some of the many hundreds of prospective tenants registered with us and the relocation agents that we work closely with. We will also upload your property onto leading property portals and our own website, advertise it in relevant London property magazines, and prepare details and brochure where appropriate.

A complete property management service

We will turn up early to viewings to make sure your property is looking its best and to take care of any last-minute issues such as mail piling up in the communal areas.

Once we have presented an offer to you and terms are agreed, we will handle the practicalities of a new tenancy and make sure all the landlord requirements and obligations are met, from notifying freeholders to arranging gas safety record, until the tenant has moved in.

Many of our landlords choose to appoint our property management team. As well as taking on the headache of the day-to-day management of your property, having a professional management team in place tends to attract high-quality tenants who are prepared to pay more for a property and are more likely to stay longer.

Your personal property manager will be readily available to respond to you and your tenants quickly and efficiently. They can be involved at every stage of the tenancy, from handling renovations prior to a tenant moving in to visiting the property regularly during the tenancy and managing deposit negotiations at the end.
