Directions
Heading north on the A12 follow signs towards the B1070. Take the exit towards Flatford / Raydon / Holton Saint Mary from the A12. Then turn right onto the B1070. Continue past the Parish Church of Saint Mary Raydon and bear right to continue through the village. Shortly after leaving the leaving the village take left hand turning called Wades Lane and continue on this road until you reach a T junction. Turn left, and shortly after will be another left turning. The Driveway for the property is approximately after 170 yards on the left hand side.
