The spacious reception hall with its turned stairway and cloakroom has double doors to the impressive front-facing formal dining room with a wide brick-built feature fireplace. Within the mill tower is a cosy snug/music room with bespoke cabinetry, whilst a glazed hallway flows further into an attractive conservatory. The 22 ft. kitchen/breakfast room with natural stone flooring, serving hatch and access to the rear terrace enjoys a range of modern cabinetry and integrated appliances, with ample space for informal dining and an AGA range. Adjacent is a useful store room and utility, with a long light-filled hallway linking to a double garage and plant room/garden store room.
The first floor houses the capacious open-plan sitting room with exposed timber beam divides and a peaceful circular study. Further are two dual-aspect bedrooms with picture windows framing far-reaching elevated coastal aspects, one of which enjoys a dressing room and cloakroom. On the second floor are three further tranquil beamed bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and store room, one within the tower with a cloakroom and a principal suite with its fully fitted dressing room and luxurious en suite bathroom. There are three further floors within the mill tower, two of which houses bedrooms on the third and fourth floors, and access into the fifth floor cap room housing the fixed sail shaft and opening onto the balcony offering sublime panoramic views.
