While there are wide variations in regional markets there is no doubt that correctly valuing and marketing a property has become even more important.

We are always looking for good-quality homes to sell. Whether it’s a cottage with far-reaching rural views, a period townhouse, or a more substantial country home, we have the ability to maximise the value of your property.

As a firm, Strutt & Parker has enjoyed a long association with the local area. We have had an office in Cheshire for more than 70 years and first set up in Chester in 1983.

We are fortunate to cover some wonderful locations. There are the beautiful Welsh beaches to the west, as well as the stunning scenery of The Vale of Clwyd and Snowdonia National Park. Add to that about 3,500 square miles of unspoilt countryside and it’s easy to see why the Cheshire and North Wales markets cater for just about every taste in surroundings.

Our ability to highlight the key selling points of a property is something we take pride in. There are a number of houses that we have sold more than once over the years. We believe this to be the ultimate compliment.
